Missing so many nutrients in our foods. Yes, some may not affect your health for decades. But they still are necessary.  We are directly and indirectly having to pay extra for what should have already been there. It is like a service I used yesterday.

I had a question about an old book but to get an answer I had to sign up for a subscription. Of course, I could cancel any time. Yeh that cancel anytime was the issue.

When I called to cancel, you can’t do it online, I was given the run around. Having to several operators. Which is like the run around we are getting on our health. See they were in the end tricky. When I ask to cancel my membership they immediately offered to give me another free month but NOT cancel my subscription. I had seen this coming and said no cancel.

I don’t want to have to call back go through all this to “cancel” again. See otherwise besides having to call back they are counting on me forgetting to do that and several billing cycles to pass.

I am afraid where our health is leading that we will soon have to subscribe to stay healthy.

Because your food will be like an old Kia. The bare minimum. Only the bare minimum of carbohydrates, protein and fat. Nothing else. Such that you must buy upgrades. For example; you don’t want to have diabetes. You will have to “subscribe” to our X plan be added to your nutrition supplements for the day (i.e. your food).

Of course, you can CANCEL any time? It is a scary future, so we need to take control before it is too late. Those who are still relatively healthy don’t realize yet where their health is heading. So, by making it so complex and difficult to understand but also know and take what supplements you need.

Many of which should have already been in your food. Bit by bit fewer and fewer people participate till soon none do. Perhaps this is the intent of those critical of vitamin D3. If so clever. As if you can’t discredit vitamin D3 with the facts, which they are clearly losing there, then overwhelm.

Then overwhelm and confuse those who still believe, soon even they will lose faith. Both effective strategies. So, what is the “truth” concerning calcium and vitamin K2? Well as I see it this and I will try to keep it simple.

After having taken the optimal dose of vitamin D3 for years with nothing additional but magnesium as to vitamins, minerals or supplements that significantly affect calcium I never saw any problems.

The osteoporosis in my legs, I am wheelchair bound, resolved just fine.

Yes, for a couple weeks I had to take calcium tablets to reverse the cramps from hypocalcemia (low blood calcium) but once those passed, I was and had been fine.

Then I decided to take extremely high doses of vitamin D3, multiples of what I believe is the optimal dose.

I then eventually after several years due to ongoing severe inflammation I only developed atherosclerosis in my feet, peripheral vascular disease after taking huge doses of calcium.

Though the vitamin D3 at optimal doses did and has saved my life I was not completely cured. I was still ill.

No joke and no exaggeration.  When I wrote in my book about living only 3-5 years more if I didn’t figure out a solution. See without optimal doses and blood levels of vitamin D3 I should have died long ago. I am still alive and so much better than I was, but I am still battling with health issues.

They don’t get better as you age.

So, I am constantly trying to improve on my current health. No not trying to live forever. Only trying to live in as healthy a state as I can. Trying to improve that last little bit. So, I am constantly tweaking what I do. To see if it improves my health. Sometimes it doesn’t.

Mostly it has.

It was in this vein that I started taking the MK-7 type of vitamin K2 which has progressively resolved my atherosclerosis in my feet. Pretty amazing if you ask me. Yes, when the peripheral vascular disease started, I then went back to optimal dose of vitamin D3.

A dose which was less than half of what I was taking during my experiment.

In retrospect not sure why I took such large doses of vitamin D3 as above the optimal dose I saw no difference. Guess I was looking for more of a miracle then I already had experienced.

What it did confirm was the optimal dose was enough. So, at any rate I became intrigued with vitamin K2.
