So, continuing where I left off in my last post what we do know is there are important components. Like vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and sugars, in healthy foods like fruits or vegetables. Genetically modifying them we may gain increased size, taste and appearance.

We may also gain resistance to draught, insects or fungal infections but loss of important nutrients. The question is what are we losing? If nothing then no big deal but in life I have rarely found we acquire something for nothing. Typically we have to give up something.

Perhaps what we lose are both nutrients we are aware of but also those that are considered less or not important. Whose absence may have unforeseen affects. Affects that for example result in the loss of ability to fully absorb or metabolize the important nutrients. 

The ability for the plants or animals to absorb from the soil or their feed key nutrients. Without these key nutrients that the human body requires we suffer in short term and/or long term. Perhaps other unknown affects? 

As we are only beginning to understand the “second brain” the gut microbiota perhaps and probably many of these “other substances” that are considered unimportant to our direct health are crucial to assuring the right organisms thrive in our guts. Producing nutrients that we have yet to appreciate are key to our health.

I am not sure this has even really been studied and if so, how is it possible to separate all the substances that are important. Like I say about medicine it is more art then science. Yes, medicine needs a scientific underpinning but if too focused on the science we lose the true essence of what works and doesn’t. 

The point being how do we separate what is important and what isn’t when studying these “other” components our foods contain that may be considered unimportant to our health but have affects we didn’t anticipate. 

No I don’t want to be a fear monger but then again I don’t want to continue down this path of deteriorating health we currently have been on. A path that our “experts” appear to either are unaware of or intentionally ignoring. 

This is of course as they say a slippery slope as all too often those who want to fool us when we question them argue we just don’t understand the art when in fact it’s not we don’t understand the art but realize there is nothing artistic or scientific behind their arguments.

Thus, the challenge in trying to explain something like our health where so often there is either not enough study or really no way to accurately study it as so many variables. That is where “common sense” comes in. Which isn’t common. That is why at some point you must trust others?

However, if these supposed experts are ignorant or corrupt how do you know? As often the corrupt ones try to make it look like everyone is corrupt. Who do you trust? That I can’t answer. All I can say is to check the facts you can, trust and verify and try to keep those you use for information accountable. 

That is why I want to see peoples health restored as more eyes to help assure accuracy. Simply by being better rested, mentally healthier and physically healthier you will have more energy and a better you. Thus, better able to understand what is going on and educating yourself. 

If you want to improve your and your families life you will either have to invest the effort to find the truth. Perhaps again that is finding someone you can trust. That could be the family expert on the subject. 

Doing nothing will keep you in this downward spiraling deterioration in your and your families health. We work together we can reverse this. More on that later. That said, I don’t think there is some grand collusion of some quasi secretive group.

A secret group or government that is behind this. I don’t anyone has the power or that clever to pull this off. Of course, I could be wrong! That is not the purpose of my efforts. I will let someone else do that. What I do know is it is occurring and I want to do something to help those who are suffering from it.
