Dr Somerville’s work is based on his own personal experiences as well as those of patients he has treated, and focuses on explaining the persistent illnesses and conditions which many people suffer with even after traditional medicine in the mainstream has failed them. Conditions like extreme fatigue, poor sleep and weight gain can often be diagnosed as a result of lifestyle choices, but Dr Somerville suggests that these conditions are all down to a low dosage of vitamin D3 in the system, and that increasing this to the title’s Optimal Dose can solve those conditions for good.
