As I wrote in the last blog post. with rare exception the mind set of our health experts is diseases are best treated with minimal thought to real prevention. Best treated either with pharmaceuticals or surgery.

Forget prevention as through their educational lens of only understanding nutrition as of its extremes causing diseases. Not using these same nutrients to optimize health and prevent disease. Yes, I believe they understand you have to ingest nutrients to survive. Also, if you don’t eat you die.

Unfortunately, not much else. I get it as that is how I was trained in medical school. So really is there in these healthcare leaders a full understanding of nutrition? No! This of course, is a result of the Flexner report which resulted in the past hundred years of brainwashing.

Creating select groups that profit greatest when we are ill but don’t die. A good term for this would be the zombie state to parasitized state. I am talking about the medical industrial complex that feeds of the ill. The money, always follow the money, is keeping people ill.

Well clean water and sanitation have done more to improve our health than almost any other “medical” advance. Don’t get me wrong I am thankful for the current abilities we have medically. They have been corporatized and become misdirected in their true purpose. Restoring people’s health when ill and keeping them well.

Somewhere the keeping them well has been converted to keeping them on pharmaceuticals. With lip service to exercise, eating well and getting enough sleep. No real look at why people were actually becoming ill. Only the narrow view if ill it was their fault.

Perhaps in order to have the current medical abilities and pharmaceuticals we needed to have lots of ill people. Enough ill people to treat for there to be enough trained medical professionals available in a widespread enough manner and to develop the medications to treat anyone who becomes ill.

If so, it comes at a high price. A high price and is a failure. As considering for example how much has been spent on “curing” cancer? What if, what if we could prevent it? Yes, a bold statement but what if we didn’t pollute our food and water such that it made our bodies so susceptible.

What if we didn’t deprive our bodies of key nutrients that would substantially reduce the risk? You may say well if that were possible then it would have been “discovered” already. That statement would be true if those in control of the cancer cure “machine” were truly altruistic.

I have found if cure can’t be monetized it won’t be considered by those who control this system. Sure, there are researchers who would love to find the cure. Yes, research on cells and how the body works is great. The problem is they are like chimpanzees trying to tune a formula one car.

How the body is still far beyond our full understanding. So, the best solutions in my view are to work with what we have. Food, water and environment. Occam’s razor the simplest solution is often the best one.

There are alleged cancer treatments that involve special diets that cure cancer. Perhaps they work, I don’t know but I wouldn’t doubt it. Is any major cancer center, medical school or university likely to study it? No as not patentable and thus monetizable.

What if we focused half the monies wasted on finding a cancer “cure” through pharmaceuticals on looking into optimizing our nutrition? I believe in ten years or less we would have made cancer a rare disease. A footnote in history.

Could you image if medical doctor started focusing on and explaining to patients the key nutrients, they were deficient in and how to replete them? If it happens it is a long way off, as almost none have educated themselves in this area.

Those who have a vested interest in the current trillion dollar business model will be quick to try and quash it. As they will no longer help fund medical schools and residency programs. Though I am not a big fan of government support this is an area they could make a difference.

As so often the case it comes down to money. As a hail Mary perhaps the gates foundation would fund this?
